The next thing that you need to do is to clean the meat thoroughly with water and then dry it immediately. For effective sealing, you can divide the meat into pieces so that you can seal in batches.

Vacuum Packing Stage

Another important thing that you should consider in the vacuuming stage is sealing boneless meat like shrimps or fillets. You can add them in a large vacuum bag while lying flat and add oxygen absorber inside the bag.
Post Packaging Stage
There are some signs that will help you know when your food is contaminated. For instance, if you see dark purple color on your food, this is an indication of food contamination. For this reason, you should not risk in eating such food.
This situation is mostly caused by presence of oxygen in the bag giving room for bacteria. To overcome the situation, you can keep the food in open air for up to 30 minutes. But, I would not recommend eating food that has changed color. I don’t think it is safe!
